Orders are confirmed via email. For custom pieces, a deposit may be required before production begins. We will communicate production timelines clearly.

4. Pricing

Prices listed are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before an order proceeds. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for custom or complex orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Dome Home OÜ and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or improper handling of ceramics. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship within Romania and to selected European countries. Please contact us before ordering if you are outside the EU to discuss options.

2. Production Time

Ready-made pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces require 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and kiln schedule. We will confirm the timeline before production begins.

3. Packaging

All ceramics are wrapped individually in recycled materials and packed securely in double-walled boxes. We take care with every shipment to ensure it arrives intact.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on destination and order size and will be communicated at the time of enquiry. We use tracked courier services for all orders.

5. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 2–5 business days within Romania, 5–10 days internationally.

6. Damaged Goods

In the rare event that items arrive damaged, please photograph the packaging and the piece and contact us within 48 hours. We will work to find a resolution.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns of standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. We consult with you throughout the process to ensure the result meets your expectations.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a piece that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
